The Space and Missile Center (SMC) is the center for developing, acquiring, fielding, and sustaining military space systems. Included in the satellite system mission are multiple mission satellite operations that are responsible for supporting a growing inventory of increasingly complex space vehicles that support operational forces in peace and wartime.
Research Satellites
The Space Missile Center (SSC) Space Development and Test Directorate’s (SD) Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Support Complex (RSC) flies new and advanced satellite prototypes designed to forward our nation’s defense mission in space. Boecore supports Specialized Mission Operations.
Enterprise Ground Systems
The U.S. Air Force Space and Missiles Systems Center (SSC) Advanced Systems and Development Directorate, Ground Systems and Space Operations Division (ADG) is chartered with providing an affordable Ground System Enterprise (GSE) for research and development, demonstration, and operational missions. The GSE includes the Multi-Mission Satellite Operations Center (MMSOC) command and control ground system development. Boecore provides Systems Engineering support to the mission.
SSC (formerly AFSCN)
The Satellite Control Network (SSC) is a global network of communications and computer systems that support a growing inventory of increasingly complex space vehicles which support operational forces in peace and wartime. Boecore provides Software Engineering and Cybersecurity to the mission.
Wideband Satcom
Wideband Satellite Communication Operations Centers (WSOCs) integrate the satellite control missions-related networks and information systems to provide wideband satellite control in support of the commander for the Joint Functional Component Command for Space. Boecore provides technical support to the program.
MILSATCOM
A prototype payload for a new Protected Tactical SATCOM (PTS) system is being developed to connect warfighters with a more agile and jam-resistant satellite communications (SATCOM) system. Boecore is providing Software Engineering and Cybersecurity support by enhancing and deploying our RMF Automation & Management Solution (RAMS) tool to support cybersecurity accreditation requirements.

Space C2 & Space Domain Awareness
The space domain is responsible for detecting, tracking, and identifying all natural and artificial objects in Earth’s orbit. In addition to cataloging objects in space, the space domain enables the continuous preparation of the battlespace to fight and win a in the space domain.
ARMY Space Control
The Army Space and Missile Defense Command mission to leverage and enhance the use of space assets providing worldwide training support services to help train, evaluate, and certify 1st Space Battalion Soldiers who comprise of Army Space Support Teams, JTAGS, and Space Control Crews. Boecore provides Mission Training and Cybersecurity support.
Space Surveillance
The Space Command and Control (C2) program at SpaceCAMP and SurfCAMP provides capabilities that bring critical services to our US Space Force Delta’s to facilitate timely, quality battle space decisions. Boecore provides Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Cybersecurity support.
NSDC
The ground-based Space Domain Awareness (SDA) sensors and Space Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) systems provide integral space based capabilities to the US Space Force and the National Space Defense Center (NSDC). Boecore is providing Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Mission Training support.

Gamified Space Planning & Training System
Boecore has developed a gamified training experience for C2 Operators; one that assimilates knowledge in an engaging way for more effective skill retention and mastery while combating traditional learning limitations to prevent training from feeling futile. The Battlespace Operational Readiness Game (BORG) applies the best practices of gaming techniques and technologies giving C2 Operators the ability to train when they can to keep their operational edge. In just minutes, users can engage in single or multi-player campaigns and skirmishes to hone their skills, compete against others, earn rewards and badges, and increase in expertise levels. The BORG is mobile, engaging, cost-effective, and results in motivation to train. It also provides instructors with learning performance and assessment metrics and reporting features to measure training effectiveness and an authoring mode to evolve curriculums rapidly.
