The Gazette, along with the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC, launched its inaugural Best Workplaces program in which organizations were surveyed and ranked based on responses from employees. The Best Workplaces program was designed to identify companies creating strong and healthy workplace cultures. Organizations were split into four categories based on size: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Boecore, Inc. placed in the top three for Large Sized Companies (76 – 299 employees.)
